SELF-AWARENESS

Half the battle of managing ADHD symptoms, is getting a good understanding of how they show up in your life. Just acknowledging and understanding these struggles can make a big difference.

STRUCTURE

ADHDers often thrive in environments where someone else has built structure for them (i.e. school or work.) As adults there is so much that is left up to us, and with ADHD it can be hard to plan and prioritize. We will discuss tools and strategies to help create more structure in your life.

TASK INITIATION

Often we know what we need to do, and when we need to do it, but getting started is a struggle. We will break down what makes it hard to start, and things you can do to make it a bit easier.

SELF-ESTEEM

I find with many clients, they are actually doing better than they realize. Many times we take our successes and say they don’t count. This can be because we didn’t do it thoroughly enough, we procrastinated the task, or we see it as something others are able to do easily. I will encourage you to fully embrace every success, no matter how small, and over time you may see that you feel better about how you are handling this whole “being an adult” thing.

ORGANIZING

Whether it’s thoughts, things, or time, organizing is always a big need for ADHDers. When you are struggling to get something organized, we can figure it out together. We will organize in a way that will actually improve the flow of your everyday life, rather than become another thing that you need to keep up with.

 FAQ’s

Is coaching worth the money? Investing in yourself is worthwhile. The support and accountability you get from a coach is difficult to create on your own. There is a lot of information out there about managing your ADHD, and a lot of it is really great. But none of it will be completely tailored to your needs and your experience. One of the biggest benefits of coaching is the weekly boost of motivation you get in each session. It keeps you working toward your goals, even when the going gets tough, and that is priceless.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes! Every level is eligible for a custom payment plan.
Basic: 2 months (2 payments of $175) or 3 months (1 payment of $120 + 2 payments of $115)
Standard: 3 months (3 payments of $325) or 6 months(1 payments of $165 + 5 payments of $162)
Premium: 6 month (6 payments of $300) or 12 months (12 payments of $150)

What if I want to continue working with you? I would love that! When your initial term is ready to end, you can choose which level you would like to continue with and we can adjust or lengthen your payment plan accordingly.

What about refunds? Refunds are only available for sessions that have not been used, and have not been scheduled and missed. The refund is pro-rated at my discretion.

How are sessions scheduled? I meet with clients at the same time and day each week. When you make the decision to start coaching, I will send you my current availability and we will find a time and day that works for both of us.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy? There is some overlap, but also some very big distinctions. Although I have training to help you with ADHD, I cannot diagnose you, and I cannot help you with more serious mental health issues, (i.e. eating disorders, severe anxiety/depression, PTSD.) Coaching is a great option if you are primarily looking for more practical support and are not currently in the midst of crisis. It can also be a great next step after seeing success in therapy. When you feel more stable, and are ready to take the next step, that’s where coaching comes in. Unlike with a therapist, you will have access to me between our coaching sessions, for added support while you implement the plans from our coaching session.

I’m trained specifically to coach people with ADHD. I have been on my own path of personal development for years and have a broad knowledge of the strategies and tools that are out there. 

I’VE BEEN THERE.

I remember thinking that I could figure it out all on my own, and that maybe I just needed to “try harder.” And I did see some progress, the first year after my diagnosis. But I still felt the frustration of feeling like nothing was really working the way I needed it to. And then I invested in my own coach, and I have seen more consistent growth and progress, than I have ever experienced before.
