Pay as You Go

While coaching is most effective when done over a period of time, I understand that’s not always feasible. This option is good for anyone who isn’t quite ready to commit to the monthly plan, or if you have a specific topic that you just need help getting started with.

This is a 1-hour session and includes a follow up email within the following week, to see how you’ve applied what we discussed in your session.

1-Month Package

If you are looking for accountability at a higher level, this is the option for you! The monthly package includes 4 weekly sessions, 1 hour each.

You can also expect to hear from me daily, Monday-Friday, through email or text. These check-ins help you stay on track and give you a chance to let me know how you are doing with your goals.

3-Month Package

Coaching is most effective over a course of 3+ months. This package is a great way to commit to coaching and get the results you really want! The 3-month package includes 10 weekly sessions, 1 hour each.

Like the 1-Month package, you can expect to hear from me daily, Monday-Friday, through email or text. Regular contact helps you stay on track between sessions.
